Ubeen Geared ("the App") is developed and operated by Ubeen Studios LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

  • Profile photo URL from your Google account

  • Gear designs and calculations you create within the App

  • General usage analytics (e.g., feature usage frequency)

3. Authentication

The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication. We receive only the profile information you authorize through the Google consent screen. We never receive, store, or have access to your Google password. Authentication tokens are managed securely through Google Firebase Authentication.

  • To authenticate your identity and provide access to the App
  • To sync your gear designs and data across your devices
  • To provide customer support when requested

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase Cloud services, which provides encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored in secure data centers managed by Google Cloud Platform.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist in operating the App (Google Firebase, RevenueCat) under strict data processing agreements
  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of Ubeen Studios, our users, or the public

7. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not directly collect or store payment card information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and Google.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

9. Your Rights

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
